We want you to love what you ordered. Because our products are handmade in-house, all sales are final, but we'll always take care of you if something goes wrong on our end.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@semiseriousstudio.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.

We're not able to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, so if you're on the fence, feel free to reach out before you buy and we'll help you find the right product.
